  Terrible experience start to finish. After their app failed to load a promo code (why we decided to eat there in the first place), we were told that this was our problem and we couldn't get the offer. Fine.
  
  25 minutes after ordering, we get starters. 30 minutes after those plates were cleared, we got the mains. All cold. When we alerted them to this, the waitress blamed the fact there were other people in the restaurant.
  
  They then reheated the pizzas. 10 minutes later, they returned them to us, all burnt black with shriveled toppings.
  
  We then asked to speak to the manager, who told us to wait while she sorted something else, and didn't return. So we had no choice but to walk.
  
  Absurd.

  Chain pizza restaurant. Nicely cooked Italian style food. Child friendly (set menu, colouring sheets and pens). Service average.
